Auger overcurrent (recent update)

Auger overcurrent (recent update)

Anyone else having problems that started recently with auger overcurrent errors?

I thought it migh be some ice i couldn't see so I defrosted my Yarbo and took it out to cool it off before starting a new workplan but the problem persists.

I think there's a change in Yarbos behaviour where it turns the auger off when it turns and change speed, resulting in many off/on actions in a short time span (start current is highest so doing that repeatedly might be the problem), also since it turns it off/on when accelerating in to the snow it builds upp snow in the auger the first half a meter or so, making the auger have to work unnecessarily hard.

This new behaviour makes Yarbo fail with an error way to often.

Update 1. while experimenting last night, at one instance my Yarbo completely shut down. All lights went dark and I had to manually start Yarbo again pressing the button in its back)

Update 2. This error has gone away for now. It has ether been fixed in an update, or it's wether related. It was about -14°C when I had the problem, so it might be that the battery can't deliver high enough current at low temperature to supply both the auger and the drive motors so therefore the auger shut off. That would also explain why Yarbo completely shut off at one instance, if the voltage drop was so high that the control system was starved of electricity.
