Does charging shut-off at 100%?

Does charging shut-off at 100%?

I've found that when my Yarbo returns to charge after hitting the recharge button that it still shows as charging after it hits 100%.  Is this normal?  I would assume after it hits 100% that it would stop charging.  I just want to be sure that it isn't damaging the battery by continuing to charge.
