Finally able to get this thing out of the boxes as the snow is piling up here. First issue I have is this will not shut up about Emergency Stop. It announces it every 10 seconds.. the E-Stop but is NOT depressed and I have tried switching it a few times and powering the unit on and off. My fear is that the E-Stop circuit is broken somewhere inside the unit. In hopes that it may be a buggy firmware issue I've spent 2 hours trying to update the firmware with no luck. I do have it connected to WiFi and can connect with my phone to the unit on the same network. I've even gone into settings and attempted to manually download the firmware numerous times and it fails instantly. WiFi signal is strong and I have a gigabit fiber internet connection so that is not the issue.

Need some help on where to start digging into the E-stop issue and how to get this firmware resolved.
