Lost power communication (Error code B0001)
This morning, I checked the battery level of my Yarbo S1 snowblower was 100%, so I sent it to do the work as usual. During the work, it suddenly stopped and popped a “Lost Battery Communication: Code B0001” error in the App. I contacted a live chat agent and brought the battery out from the body back indoors to recover its temperature. Then I put it back into the body and tried to turn on the power button. However, as the screenshots and photos explained, I still got the same error whether I used Wi-Fi or Hotspot modes, and the battery level was 0%, as the attached screenshot showed.
The snowblower is still blocking my driveway right now, and I don't know what to do in the correct way! Has anyone met a similar situation before?
