I tested the Yarbo 2x while I was at home. About 1/2 to 1” of snow on drive. Both times he returned to charging pad to recharge. I left for a few weeks to Florida- we got a heavier snowfall last night, about 3” to 5”. I programmed the schedule to have it go out at 7:00 am. It did.
My wife, who is at the house, wanted it to go again due to constant snow accumulating.
It wouldn’t go and kept giving errors. She realized the unite drove over the base and over the charging pad power cords
She managed to put the unit back on the pad but it wasn’t charging. It had 40% battery so she sent it out to clean again.
It returned to base at low battery and once again missed the charging base. She put it on again and it’s not charging
I asked her to see if the little light was glowing in the base. She said no
I had her look at WiFi and she sees both the Yarbo rover and the base WiFi. So the base has power to show WiFi but the light isn’t on and it’s not charging.
Why is it missing the charging pad? Nothing moved or changed
Why isn’t it charging yet the base has WiFi ?
Very frustrating since getting this unit. Nothing but problems
