Slow battery charge. Goes on and off.

Slow battery charge. Goes on and off.

Has any had an issue with a slow charging battery on the 2024 Yarbo Core?  When I look at the app, it charges for 15 seconds and turns off for the same amount of time.  Then keeps repeating the process.  Charge - stop charge - charge - etc..
