I was trying to clear snow from a doorway this last snowfall. It occurred to me that if the chute was able to rotate so as to throw snow behind the robot, tight spaces might be easier to clear. Right now my options are to do it with a shovel or have the snow thrown on the wall to one side or porch on the other.

Being able to throw snow behind the machine (off to one side of corse) should be a plus that's not practical with a traditional machine.
