How to obtain the information page and diagnosis page?

  1. Open the Yarbo App: Ensure your Yarbo is powered on and connected to the internet.
  2. Access Yarbo Settings: Open the Yarbo App, tap the settings button.
  3. Obtain the Information Page: On the Yarbo Settings page, directly view the detailed information of your Yarbo. Screenshot or record this information for submitting a ticket.
  4. Obtain the Diagnosis Page: On the Yarbo Settings page, find the "Diagnose Tools" option, click to view the Yarbo diagnosis. Screenshot or record this information for submitting a ticket.

Submitting a Ticket

Yarbo offers three ways to submit a ticket (focusing on the app method):
  • Via App: Click on your profile, select "Support Center" , and then fill out the required information to submit a ticket. You can also submit a ticket on Yarbo web.
  • Via Email: Send an email to support@yarbo.com, including all relevant information (as shown in the image below). A ticket will be automatically generated.
  • Via Phone or Live Chat: Contact customer service by phone or Live Chat. The representative will ask about your issue, guide you to provide the necessary information, help you create a ticket, and upload the information to the ticket system.
