We've noticed that there have been some questions about the RTK/Lora cable, and we'd like to provide some clarification on this subject.
To begin with, there are two cables attached to the RTK base - one for the RTK Antenna, and another for the Lora Antenna. The cables provided with your Yarbo are 33ft long. Additionally, as a Kickstarter backer, you'll receive two 33ft extension cords and connectors as a Kickstarter Stretch Goal gift. This allows you to extend the length to a maximum of 66ft, if necessary.
💡Should you wish to replace our cables with your own, please ensure they meet the following specifications:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞: 𝐒𝐌𝐀(𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐌𝐀(𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞), 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟓𝟎 𝐨𝐡𝐦𝐬.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐓𝐊 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞: 𝐒𝐌𝐀(𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐌𝐁(𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞), 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟓𝟎 𝐨𝐡𝐦𝐬.
Moreover, it's vital to ensure that the 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐌𝐀(𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) 𝐢𝐬 𝟏𝟏𝐦𝐦.
