How to install a new rear cover?

Things you need to prepare ahead

Steps

  1. Loosen all the anti-slip studs on the track with Socket #1 or any electronic tools(not provided). Please ignore this step if there are no anti-slip studs on the track.
  1. Install the track pads onto the track by tightening the two screws for each Track Pad using the Phillips-Head Bit.
  1. Remove the rear cover. Press the power button to turn off Yarbo.
  1. Remove the battery cover by grasping both sides with your hands. Take out the battery from the universal body.
  1. Find the Rear Ultrasonic Radars Connection Cable and the Connection Tool. Thread the cable through the Connection Tool.
  1. Thread this connection tool through the hole on the right side of Universal body. Please ensure that the cable is threaded in the correct direction. Once the cable is fully passed through, take out the Connection Tool.
  1. Grasp the cable and thread it through the illustrated hole in the picture. Drag the cable from the rear of universal body.
  1. Find the new rear cover. Connect the Rear Ultrasonic Radars Connection Cable to the new rear cover.
  1. Align the screw holes in the new rear cover with the holes in the universal body.
  1. Find the four New Rear Cover Bolts in the box content. Screw the four bolts to tighten the New Rear Cover.
  1. Place the lawn mower module near the universal body with the yellow lifting holder. (make sure the two parts are close enough to connect the cables).
  1. Locate the shafts on the universal body and the holes in the lawn mower. Do not push two parts together right now.
  1. Locate the power cable inside the universal body and forcefully insert it until you hear or feel a click. Push the Rear Ultrasonic Radar Connection Cable to the socket and screw the cable to tighten the connection.
  1. Locate the plastic connection cover on the connection part of Yarbo.
  1. Put down the two locks in both sides.
  1. Push the connection part of Yarbo until you hear or feel a click.
  1. Place the battery inside the universal body Connect the power connection cable to the battery.
  1. Screw the anti-theft bolts for battery cover on both sides with Allen Key#1.
  1. Gently attach the antennas to the designated connectors using two fingers. Remove the protective film from all cameras. Remember, there are two side cameras and one front camera.
  1. Pull up the emergency stop button if it's been pressed. Press the Power switch button to start the Yarbo.
