Steps:
Power Down and Remove the Mower Module
- Turn Off Yarbo: Remove the rear cover. Press the power button to turn off Yarbo.
- Remove Anti-Theft Bolts: Remove the anti-theft bolts from the battery cover on both sides.
- Remove the Battery Cover and Disconnect the Battery: Grasp both sides of the battery cover and lift it off. Disconnect the battery from the universal body and carefully take it out to ensure safety and prevent accidental activation during maintenance.
- Detach the Mower Module from the Universal Body: With the battery disconnected, detach the mower module for easier access to the blades.
Secure the Mower on the Vertical Stand for Module
Raise the lawn mower from the side and place it on the Vertical Stand for Module. This stand provides stability and allows you to safely access the underside of the mower. Refer to the image for proper positioning.
Remove the Cutting Blades
Before handling the blades, wear gloves to protect your hands from sharp edges. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver provided in the lawn mower Box to unscrew the Cutting Blades Bolts.
Install the New Blades
- Position the New Blades: Align the hole of the blade and the hole of The Cutting disc.
- Secure the Blades: Reinsert the bolts and tighten them with the Phillips-head screwdriver. Make sure the blades are firmly secured to prevent movement during operation.
Final Check and Reassembly
After installing the new blades, double-check that all bolts are tightly secured. Lower the mower from the Vertical Stand for Module and reattach it to the universal body. Reconnect the battery and replace the battery cover, securing it with the anti-theft bolts. Ensure everything is correctly assembled before powering Yarbo.
