① Rover Hotspot is Not Detected on Mobile Device

Step 1: Restart Your Devices
Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Follow these steps:
  1. Turn off your mobile device and restart your Yarbo device.
  2. Wait for a few seconds and then turn them back on.
  3. Attempt to connect your mobile device to Yarbo's Rover Hotspot again.

Step 2: If the Rover Hotspot is still unable to find in your mobile device, please Use the Yarbo Tool

  1. Download and install the Yarbo Tool on your laptop.

② The Phone is Connected to the Machine Hotspot, but cannot Operate the Machine

Step 1: Check APP Settings
  1. Make sure you have turned hotspot mode on.
  2. Check if APP display overflow status. If so, click the Clear Overflow button on the control page.

Step 2: If you have turned on hotspot mode but problem still exists, please Use the Yarbo Tool
The Yarbo Tool is designed to assist in troubleshooting Wi-Fi connection issues. Follow these steps:
  1. Download and install the Yarbo Tool on your laptop.
  2. Open the Yarbo Tool and navigate to the Wi-Fi Channel function in the Rover section.
  3. Connect your laptop WiFi to the Yarbo rover's hotspot. The default hotspot name should be something like "Yarbo_rover_XXXX". The password for the initial connection is set to "87654321"
  4. Launch the Yarbo Tool application on your laptop. Activate"Connected Yarbo" and ensure the serial number shown matches the serial number on the Yarbo rover unit you are connected to.
  5. Then click the "Refresh" button to review the resource usage statistics shown.
  6. Proceed to click "Deep Clean" and confirm by selecting "OK" when prompted. It will initiate a process to clear cached files and data from the device.

① The machine cannot connect to the router Wi-Fi

Step 1: Solve the Problem according to the Prompts
  • WiFi connection failed, access point does not exist: refresh network list
  • Router exception: Restart the router
  • Incorrect password: Enter the correct password
  • No available network: Check if Wi-Fi exists and the signal is good

Step 2: If Issue Persists, Use the Yarbo Tool
  1. Download and install the Yarbo Tool on your laptop.
  2. Connect the computer to the machine hotspot. Click Network and find "WiFi Connection".
  3. Click connect to the target Wi-Fi, then click "Get Wi-Fi Status".

② The machine cannot connect to 4G
