Why is the mowing uneven or patchy？

Please refer to the following trouble-shooting to resolve this issue:

• Cutting blades or cutting disc damaged.
  • Please turn off the machine first! Detach the lawn mower from the universal body.
  • Raise the lawn mower from the side, place the lawn mower on the Vertical Stand for Module, please refer to the following picture shown. Check whether the cutting blade or disc is damaged?
  • If the Cutting Blades are damaged, please unscrew the Cutting Blades Bolts using Phillips-Head Screwdriver provided in the lawn mower Box content. Install the new blades by tightening the cutting blade bolts.
  • If the Cutting disc is damaged，please contact customer service staff to replace the cutting disc.

• Grass clippings build up in the blade fence, which prevents the blades from being thrown out. Please clean the lawn mower regularly:
  • Please turn off the machine first! Detach the lawn mower from the universal body.
  • Raise the lawn mower from the side, place the lawn mower on the Vertical Stand for Module, please refer to the following picture shown.
  • Utilize a high-pressure water gun or water hose to clean the underside of the lawn mower. Do not spray the water into the universal body to prevent damage.
• The grass may be too dense, too thick or too high, resulting in the blade not being able to cut the grass cleanly even at the rated speed of 3000 rpm.
  • Please manually cut off some of the high grass first.
  • Do not place the blade height too low in places with dense or thick grass.
  • Please don't cut too much at once. You can set the mowing height to a low level in the app.
