[2024]What is "Mapping"

Mapping Work Area

  1. Click the Create A Map button at the bottom of the interface.
  2. First, turn Yarbo back to the docking station and click the start button.
  3. Click to draw work area's boundaries.
  4. Then please manually drive Yarbo to the perimeter of the work area, click Start to map that area.
  5. Utilize the virtual controller to control the yarbo and outline the boundary of the work area. (Just draw the boundary of the lawn area).

Mapping Pathway

  1. Click the Enter My Yard button at the bottom of the interface.
  2. Click the Edit Map button to enter the modification page.
  3. Click the Create button and choose to create a pathway
  4. Click the Start button to initiate the drawing process for the pathway, work area or the process is finished, click the Next button.

Deleting Work Area

To delete a working map, simply click on edit map and then click on that Work Area that needs to be deleted and a row of options will appear at the bottom containing delete, edit, rename, throwing and setting.

Creating a No-go Zone

No-go zone should be considered when there is area that does not require mowing or is dangerous for Yarbo to go in the work area. If you do not understand what the No-go Zone is, please refer to section 4.1 in the user manual.
  1. Click the Edit Map button to enter the modification page.
  2. Clicking on the Create button will give you the option to create a No-go Zone.
  3. Click the add icon to draw the No-Go Zone.
  4. Click the Start button and use the virtual controller to guide the yarbo and outline the boundary No-Go Zone.
  5. Click the Finished button once you have finished outlining the No-Go Zone.

Creating a Sidewalk

Sidewalk mode allows yarbo to pass through narrower areas and can act as a partial pathway.
  1. Click the Edit Map button to enter the modification page.
  2. Clicking on the Create button will give you the option to create a Sidewalk.
  3. Click the Start button to draw a sidewalk using the virtual controller to control the Yarbo.
  4. Click the Done Button once you have finished outlining the Sidewalk.
